Colorado FBLA State Leadership Conference

It was “Standing Room Only” for SCC’s presentations at the 2005 Colorado FBLA State Leadership Conference.  Sports Career Consulting presented three workshops in two days at the event.  The presentations drew over 1,000 students. The first two sessions were so popular that the doors had to be closed and students were turned away. The focus of the workshops was to inform students of the fundamental skills required to break into the profession, as well as provide tips on how to succeed in any chosen career path. With the SCC’s five “Keys to the Game”, essential business skills (work ethic and networking to name a few) were discussed. Students had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions following the workshops and a list of valuable ideas and information was shared.
